About Sexy Intersections: Anti-Oppression & Sex Positivity
Sexy Intersections is a core class for all of us wanting to learn more about how we show up/speak up/receive feedback from others when we share space together.
Navigating intersectionality within sex-positivity isn't binary, nor always easy to understand even for the most informed around identities. Often within various sex-positive communities, there can be significant gaps in power that include race, gender, accessibility, religion, economic and YES, even still, sexuality.
We'll explore how we can be better community members and friends by recognizing moments where we might be in a position of identity inequality, harm or minimization & how we can close those gaps together.
During this Workshop, we will:
Reflect on our many identities & how they shape our own expertise.
