"We Need To Talk": Communication Skills for Stronger & Healthier Relationships
Communication is one of the key ingredients to successful relationships, and it is also one of the trickiest things to navigate. This workshop will give attendees the tools and techniques to communicate in and across relationships. Attendees will learn the foundations of good communication, communication through conflict, and communication amongst multiple partners.
We will dive into communication related to the emotional aspects of relationships as well as sexual communications around boundary setting, consent conversations, rejection, and so much more. If you want to brush up on your communication skills or are new to polyamory and don't know where to begin with conversations, this workshop is for you.
