This is an event done in collaboration with Empowered Pleasure and other chapters of SPW.  There will be attendees that are not members of an SP chapter.

Do you have sexy stories to share? Have you ever wanted to tell one of your X-rated stories in public? Or are you just interested in honing a solid sexy story that you can share with friends and lovers?

Would it rock your world to be up there on stage at well-known sexy story-telling venues like The Mystery Box, Bawdy Storytelling, or RISK? Or would it just be fun to relive a past sexy event and put it into words?

Find the sexy storyteller in YOU!

In this workshop you will:

• Identify a story you want to share

• Gain confidence in your ability to be vulnerable

• Hone your story in a half hour private coaching session with Mel (further coaching available on request)

• Find out how to share your story on local and national storytelling platforms

Also included is an online performance of participant stories for only participants and invited guests (live or recorded depending on your schedule). This will be on Friday Oct 30, 6:30PM.

About Your Hostess

Mel’s stories have appeared on The Mystery Box, RISK, Bawdy Storytelling, 7 Deadly Sins, Mortified, The Moth Story Slam, Stand Up Smut, and The Narrators.

Her one-woman show Sexology: The Musical! received Best in Show at two fringe theatre festivals in 2019 during her tour from Portland, OR to Portland, ME. She has been teaching acting, storytelling, and improvisation to adults since 1996. Her focus with Empowered Pleasure is to bring those skills sets into helping people improve their capacity for empathy, connection, and personal growth.
